In our Brasserie Room, albeit located next door to Steak Restaurant, is a standalone operation consisting of its own bar, dining space and kitchen. Due to the flexibility and facilities on offer, it has been successful in attracting private tour groups visiting Edinburgh. We have set our sights on becoming the only bona fide restaurant in Edinburgh to focus on the B2B market, in particular, private tour groups.
