Best Information Provider For Flight
Fantastic website which helped me book my flights when I was heading to New York with my wife. What I would say is that it's great if you aren't sure when you would like to travel, as the website offers suggestions on the best dates to travel however if you do have fixed travel date, it can feature a little more time to uncover the real gems. Overall, would have no problem recommending it to my friends and family.

The customer service representative I spoke with today was above and beyond helpful. I've called and changed my flights several times for my upcoming trip and he was able to secure a last minute deal of a lifetime during a very busy season. Freed up quite a bit of cash for my travels, couldn't be happier with the outcome. The gentleman was very polite as well.

I spoke with Nick he was such of wonderful nice person. He was very polite and helpful. Very competent and solved my problem. Very pleased with the service. I am very satisfied with the support and comfort with the agents. He talk with me like smile I like very much and thanks to him my blessings with him.

Best Travel company for booking cheap flight tickets
Tim was very patient with me (there were times when he had to repeat himself) very patient. Very helpful ,worked hard to get us the flight we needed at a good price. He explained everything to me where I could understand what was going on. He was very nice and very helpful i hope that you inform him of how grateful i was with him thanks.

I spoke to John and all my question was being answered. He cancelled the old flight I have and reebok the new one making sure that everything is in the right thing. He is patient, knowledgeable and very kind,i would like to say thank you to him and really appreciate the efforts, in that matter I will be booking my next flights to him! God bless you john!

Awesome company and awesome customer service rep!
So I had booked a flight/car reservation on the wrong credit card, I called customer service to see if they would fix this issue (thinking this was no way because I was already charged). I spoke to a very nice person, his name was Easton. he was such a great help in helping me cancel my reservation and re-booking the identical reservation onto the card I wanted to use. he was very patient all through the call, because my Amex was not going through due to them thinking it was a fraudulent purchase, he even stayed on the line while I spoke to Amex. he was such a great help, I hope they treat Easton well because he is absolutely amazing at his job. I would recommend Traveloes to friends/family due to how easy this entire process was even with a mishap. Awesome company and awesome customer service rep!

extremely responsive customer service
